Article 1 - Object
These general conditions of sale govern contractual relations between Byiara and the end customer, as part of the sale of products and/or services offered by Byiara on its website.

Delivery times are only given as an indication and are not guaranteed. In the event of late delivery, the customer cannot claim any compensation.
ARTICLE 7 - Returns and refunds
The Customer has a period of 5 days from receipt of the products to return them to Byiara if they are not suitable. The products must be returned to their original state and in their original packaging. The refund will be made within 21 days of receipt of returned products.
