      Once the order is placed, we take care of everything!
      However, if you wish to modify or cancel your order you have a period of 24 hours except in two cases:
      - Order already sent
      - Promo code used
      To make a return, you must return your package to the address communicated by our after -sales service within 7 days after receipt of the product: shoesbyiara1@gmail.com
      The products must obviously be unused and in their original boxes.
      Please note that returns costs are not borne by our site.
      Satisfied or refunded: if you are not satisfied with your order, you are protected by a 14 -day refund guarantee.
      A classic refund can take up to 21 days.
      This corresponds to the period of 14 days you have to make your return as well as the 7 working days of processing by our payment processor.

      Payments can be made by credit card.
      The responsibility of Shoesbyiara is no longer engaged in the event of an error or omission on the part of the carrier. The dispute must therefore be made with it.
